The Shiba Inu breed is a very expressive, family oriented, and loving breed. Shibas originate from Japan. They were originally raised as a hunting dog with keen senses. Shibas are a medium size dog standing an average of 15 inches and weigh an average of 25 pounds. Shibas have an average life expectancy of 16 years.
We are a family that hobby breeds our two Shiba Inu dogs. We are located in the northern part of middle Tennessee. Raising Shibas is a part of our family time, including our 2 small children. Our dogs are raised happy and health with daily attention including play time with toys, kids, and even the family house cat. They are well socialized. Our dogs are born and raised in our home as well as outdoors. All of our dogs are AKC registered with champion blood lines.
